Linda Finkle Selected to Speak at the April 2009 Blue Cross Blue Shield Jr. League of Birmingham Leadership Institute

Linda Finkle, CEO of Incedo Group, a nationally known expert in the field of Communication Strategy, will be the keynote speaker presenting at the Jr. League of Birmingham April Leadership Institute Event. The theme of this leadership event is "Difficult Conversations". Hosted by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Jr. League of Birmingham, the event will be held Monday, April 20th, 2009, in the Jr. League Leadership Institute building in Birmingham, Alabama Linda Finkle's presentation, entitled "Screw The Elephant In The Room – Straight Talk In The Workplace", addresses the fundamental issues of everyday workplace communication. She asks, "Have you ever wondered why you sweat profusely when you have to give negative feedback to someone? Or do you just avoid having that crucial conversation altogether?
