San Diego, December 19, 2008 – New Years is the time for resolutions of various types; such as losing weight, stopping smoking, and starting to exercise.

Our work, where we spend so much time, is a place often overlooked in the tradition of New Year's Resolutions. Continuing a tradition, PEP Productivity Solutions, Inc., a global company that developed the Personal Effectiveness Programs (PEP) and the White Collar Productivity Index (WPI), has asked its clients and associates around the world "What's on your TOP 10 list of things you would like to improve, learn, or change in your TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS for 2009?"

The following are PEP's TOP 10 TIME MANAGEMENT RESOLUTIONS for 2009:

1. No scroll bar in my email "In-Box" at the end of the day.

2. "Quiet" my cell phone or Blackberry when in meetings or in open space.

3. Organize my office so the things I use most often are close at hand.

4. Get organized so I stop wasting time looking for things I can't find.

7. Decide when I will end my work day and stick to it.
