Try not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of value.” —Albert Einstein

I love this quote. In working with people and their success strategies, it always seems to come down to how much VALUE  they can bring to the organization, the situation,  or the relationship.

What this says, at least to me, is that value breeds success.

So let’s heed Mr. Einstein’s  observation which is –  the more you add value, the more success will follow you.

diamond, expensive, gem

Your challenging thought for today:  Make an opportunity to add value  –  in a place that you had not added value previously.
