Dear friends,

Thank G-d, together with the entire People of Israel we have succeeded this past year to strengthen our hold in the Oz veGaon Nature Preserve, established in memory of Gil-Ad, Eyal and Naftali, Hy”d, but in the matter of applying Israeli sovereignty over the Land of Israel there remains much work to be done.

The intensive work in Oz veGaon has resulted in the visit of approximately 20,000 youths in the preserve and thousands more from all sectors. The preserve is bustling with life every day of the year, even on snowy days. Events, lectures, visits by public figures and celebrations occurred every week.

We saw the People of Israel in all its glory, wanting to be involved in Zionist activity and we especially saw the wonderful youth mobilize itself, ready to do hard physical work. With blistered hands they continued to work with shovel and hoe, striking the hard rocks of the hill. They cleaned the forest, made paths, terraces and flat places for tents; they created tables and pergolas and worked filled with the joy of activism and true connection to the beloved land.

Now that the government of Israel, thank G-d, is taking upon itself the development of Oz veGaon, which is the natural and healthy situation, we must deal with the core issue: increase the awareness of the need to apply sovereignty over the entire Land of Israel. The government of Israel must say unequivocally that the Land of Israel belongs only to the People of Israel. Sovereignty will put an end to the power vacuum that invites the Arabs to take over state lands and carry out terror attacks. It is not enough to declare sovereignty. It must also be realized.

We want to thank all of you for your great help, which has allowed us to continue our activity this year as well – to strengthen our hold and bring life to another part of the Land of Israel and to publish two issues of Sovereignty that we distributed in hundreds of thousands of copies in Hebrew and in English. We ask you to continue to be partners so that we will be able to carry on our activities in the coming year as well.

We wish you and your family a good year, a year of growth, a year with the sound of children’s voices echoing among the trees of the forest, a year when the musical sound of tools at work will not cease and Israeli sovereignty will reign in our land, with the help of the Almighty.

Abu Mazen: “I’m going to surprise everyone with a bombshell at the end of my UN speech.” JPost.com 9/18/15

(JNi.media) PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has promised to “drop a bombshell at the end of my UN speech,” adding, “But I’m not going to reveal the nature of this bombshell,” according to a Wednesday night tweet by journalist Khaled Abu Toameh.

Senior Palestinian Authority official Nabil Shaath told Ma’an on Monday Abbas would use his speech before the UN General Assembly to cancel of some fundamental clauses of the Oslo agreement.

“Israel implements only that which serves her and her interests [in the Oslo Accords], So we, too, will act similarly,” Shaath said, promising that “Abbas will state things clearly — After 22 years, we have not achieved anything out of the Oslo Accords.”

Meanwhile, in a speech at the Muqataa compound in Ramallah, during a welcoming ceremony for a delegation from east Jerusalem, Abbas praised the protesters against the Israeli presence at Temple Mount, and declared that “no Palestinian state will be established without Jerusalem” as its capital.

Abbas stressed that he would not allow Israel to continue in its steps, which are intended, he said, to divide the Al-Aqsa Mosque. He said that

“Al-Aqsa is ours, the Holy Sepulcher is also ours. They have no right to dirty the mosque with their filthy feet, we won’t let them do it.”

The past three days have seen violent clashes on the Temple Mount between Israeli security forces and stone throwing Arabs, enraged over Israeli plans to examine the possibility of sharing the area with Jewish visitors. On Wednesday morning, security forces broke into the Al-Aqsa mosque following intelligence information on masked young Arabs who had barricaded themselves there overnight in order to throw stones at Jewish visitors in the morning.

Police fired tear gas and rubber bullets at dozens of barricaded youths, injuring 16, according to Al Jazeera. The Temple Mount riots led to a wave of violent acts by Arabs in Jerusalem, with masked Arabs throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at police and attacking Jewish passersby.

(JNi.media) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday said that the rules of engagement will be changed in light of numerous stone-throwing incidents on the Temple Mount and elsewhere. He reiterated the need to treat throwers of stones and Molotov cocktails as terrorists. Netanyahu spoke at the inauguration of the railway line from Netivot to Be’er Sheva.

The Prime Minister has already approved the initiative of the Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan, to use sharpshooters against rioters firing petrol bombs in Jerusalem. Erdan proposed the sharpshooters use Ruger rifles, a highly accurate sporting weapon, using small caliber bullets to reduce the possibility of death.

On Tuesday night, security professionals told the prime minister that a planned change of the rules of engagement required more time, but Netanyahu insisted on an immediate plan to change the rules of engagement in the entire Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria areas. He requested imposing severe punishments on stone and firebomb throwers, with very heavy penalties for minors and their parents.

According to Israel Today, during the Tuesday night discussion participants weighed five year prison terms for stone throwers, 10 years for throwing Molotov cocktails, coupled with a $25,000 fine and the confiscation of property in lieu of payment. Netanyahu asked Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked and Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan to make sure that it would be feasible to apply the penalties, stressing they were important deterrents.

The Prime Minister on Wednesday visited the area in east Jerusalem where Alexander Leblovitz, 64, was murdered by a stone thrower on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, and Route 443, where there have been multiple incidents of stone throwing. Netanyahu stated after the tour: “We’re changing the policy. The current situation is not acceptable to us, and we intend to provide the tools to both soldiers and police to act firmly against stone and Molotov cocktail throwers. … We are going to adopt changes in the rules of engagement and in minimum sentences, applying minimum sentences for throwers of Molotov cocktails and stones.”

In a sobering note to Israeli Arabs, who have been throwing rocks at Jewish-owned cars inside the green line, Netanyahu stressed “I’m not just talking about the routes leading to Jerusalem or about Jerusalem proper, I am also talking about the Galilee and the Negev.”

(JNi.media) Former secretary of the Nobel Peace Prize committee Geir Lundestad says in a newly published memoir that the 2009 award to then freshly elected President Barack Obama was a disappointment when comparing the president’s later record to the committee’s expectations.

Lundestad, who served at the Nobel Institute for 25 years, wrote that the decision to give Obama the award was unanimous, and was intended to help him achieve his ambitious goals, but the US president’s record since receiving the prize showed it had been a mistake.

“In hindsight, we could say that the argument of giving Obama a helping hand was only partially correct,” Lundestad wrote.

Lundestad’s memoir, “Secretary of Peace — 25 years with the Nobel Prize,” about his experiences with the Nobel committee, reveals the complex details of relationships among committee members and between the committee and the peace prize winners.

A major culprit in the decision to award Obama the prize, according to Lundestad’s, was the committee’s former chairman Thorbjørn Jagland, a former Norwegian prime minister whom Lundestad describes as exhibiting “surprising shortcomings in knowledge,” being “very disorganized,” and “not willing to learn from others.”

Lundestad writes that “even many of Obama’s supporters thought that the prize was a mistake,” and that Obama’s advisors inquired discreetly if it would be possible for the President to refuse the award.

“His cabinet had already asked whether anyone had previously refused to travel to Oslo to receive the prize,” Lundestad writes. “In broad strokes, the answer was no.”

OUR COMMRADES IN ARMS WERE SPLENDID THIS DAY As 1pm approached, I headed for the West Lawn of the Capitol building. I could see the mass of people from blocks away and, I could readily hear the periodic cheers.

Among ‘my’ people at last, I heard Ted Cruz announced (big cheer). A huge chant rose up, KILL THE DEAL, KILL THE DEAL….He spoke well. I’ve heard him speak at conservative affairs and at Jewish affairs, his heart is always in his message of support for Israel and for the USA. The cheering hadn’t abated when Donald Trump took the mic. He too spoke passionately. Tea Party president Jenny Beth Martin officiating as MC waited until the crowd quieted a bit before moving on with the program. The crowd’s enthusiasm most certainly didn’t die, as some feared it might, after Cruz and Trump spoke. There was a continuing rostra of well prepared speakers (men and women) announced by Jenny Beth Martin, pres. of the Tea Party. I believe Beck has it live streamed on The Blaze, Emet too perhaps. Israel was uniformly celebrated, Iran castigated.

Frank Gaffney, CEO of Center for Security Policy in DC and one of the Rally’s sponsors emphasized the ruin represented by this deal with Iran. He spoke of the 240 former generals, admirals and government officials utterly opposed to the deal. Beck himself spoke passionately and informatively. Palin, Buchman, the Citizens United president David Bossee, said loud and clear, Obama leaves office in 17 months, every member of Congress must understand, this is an incredibly bad deal, you Congressmen and women will be held accountable at the polls.

A surprise celebrity speaker was Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robinson. Robinson said, I love Israel because they wrote the bible (I thought it was the hand of G-d) G-d became Jewish flesh ( conflating 2 religions) but no matter that the majority of the speakers were Christian, they were undivided in their eternal support of Israel. We need a new Conference of Presidents, a conference comprised only of groups totally supportive of a Whole Israel. That no Jewish group could organize this outpouring of support for our people, is heartbreaking and freightening. Anne Bayefsky castigated president Obama for bypassing the Congress for approval of the deal, by bringing it directly to the UN; the UN who can’t to this present day define the meaning of the word terrorism, said Bayefsky. Bayefsky continued, to proclaim, death to America, death to Israel, is not terrorism to the UN. The UN’S goal is to condemn Israel and the USA, concluding: How dare our president put the USA second to the UN? All American voices matter. Outsourcing American and Israels security to the UN is not right. What is right for the U.S., the UN, the IAEA? The crown went wild. NO NO NO NO….You probably heard the roar in NYC.

Next speaker was the editor in chief of Breitbart. He was succunct: With the power vested in me as Editor in Charge, I now pronounce you ALL AMERICAN JEWS. If this is a good deal, pass it as a treaty.

Congressman Mark Meadows (R-NC) was powerful, addressing the Congress. This is the most important vote Congress will ever take. Quoting the Iran regime’s leader, speaking within the last 12 hours: We barred their direct access. Now we must end their indirect access!!! Mark Meadows continued, In a few days we will take a vote to allow Iran ICBM’S. They can’t reach us now, but can with ICBM’s. We can’t change their attitude, we can say NO to this deal.

Iran testing of ballistic missiles doesn’t violate Obama’s Nuclear Iran Deal, and the U.S. already promised relief from snapback sanctions to its partners.

For the majority of Americans who have already figured out that the Nuclear Iran Deal negotiated by U.S. President Barack Obama’s team led by Secretary of State John Kerry is a win for the mullahs intent on acquiring nuclear weapons capacity, there’s more nightmare-generating bad news.

Kerry has admitted to various American lawmakers that both Russia and China, as well as Europe will be shielded from any “snapback” in renewed sanctions should Iran be found red-handed violating the few prohibitions contained in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.

The Secretary of State also disclosed that under the deal he and his team deftly negotiated, the testing of ballistic missiles (those nasty vehicles which can be used to deliver nuclear weapons) is perfectly okay.

Why doesn’t the JCPOA cover testing of ballistic missiles, you ask? It is because there is already a United Nations Security Council Resolution which tells them they “should not” test such missiles. Should. Please.

Not to pick a sore point, but the beloved Iranian President Hassan Rouhani (so much better than his predecessor Ahmadinejad – this one smiles!) is already on the record dismissing any limitations on Iran’s missile program, including those in the new U.N Resolution.

All of these revelations were discovered by theWashington Free Beacon‘s Adam Kredo, who obtained documents and information from various lawmakers, including Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL).

Kerry admitted to Rubio (R., Fla.) that “the United States will work with foreign companies who financially engage Iran to shield them from penalties in the aftermath of Iran violating the agreement,” Kredo wrote.

In an on-the-record statement, Kerry admitted that the Obama administration had confidentially guaranteed the U.S. “would not retroactively sanction companies” doing business with Iran. The U.S. also offered to work with any such companies to help bring them into compliance with any new (snapback) sanctions.

“For companies that have contracts that would otherwise continue after snapback, we have a consistent past practice of working with companies to wind down their contracts,” Kredo quotes from Kerry’s written statement.

(The following are the words of Meir Ettinger said during his hearing on Sep. 10th, 2015. This hearing was the third and final hearing that the court will hear before officially approving his administrative detention. It is important to note that receiving the approval of the court is a mere formality for administrative detention and does not involve an actual trial.)

I would like to speak before the court and have my words recorded in the minutes. At the same time, I reiterate that this is not because I recognize the authority of this court. I don’t recognize the validity of laws that are against the Torah and I see no reason to defend myself against accusations based on false laws that were created by man today and will be changed by him tomorrow.

Rather, because of our sins, instead of having a court based on the holy Torah, the word of G-d, we have been taken captive by false courts. These captors are the prosecution, the media, and the false courts of today that have waged war against the land of Israel, the Torah of Israel, and those who fear the G-d of Israel. Their goal is to foster the growth of a foreign culture in our midst to replace the way of the Torah and service to G-d in the land of Israel.

It is therefore a Chazakah [predetermined] what this court will decide in this hearing. One way or another, the results are known in advance and I therefore have no desire to play a part in this game. It is merely a pathetic attempt by the government to pretend that their decision is based on justice and democracy.

Nonetheless, this hearing provides me the right to speak and I will exercise the right to tell you what bothers you so much, what you are fighting, and what was the reason for my arrest.

I cannot discuss in this short time all of the ridiculous media stories. According to the media, I am somehow the number one target of the Shabak.

It should be noted that the targets of the Shabak are not established in order to preserve public safety or ensure calm, but instead are based on a political agenda and focus on protecting the culture of ‘equality’ that they force down the throats of the public.

Therefore, instead of discussing ‘public safety,’ I will explain my activism and why my actions are so upsetting to the confused establishment.

In their accusations they used the phrase, “ changing the regime.” So what does that really mean? What exactly is this mysterious ‘group,’ which I supposedly lead, doing to further that goal? The truth is that we are dealing with very basic statements that were made freely available to all. Yes, I admit it – I, like many other Jews, have dreams, hopes and desires of establishing the Kingdom of Israel. The ‘group’ I am a part of, was founded during the exodus from Egypt and the receiving of the Torah on Mount Sinai. There the Jewish people were chosen to be a nation of priests and a holy people in the land of Israel.

So what is this ‘Kingdom of Israel’? For 2000 years in exile, Jews around the world said in their prayers “Let me witness the return to Zion” and concluded with the words, “blessed is He who restores His glory to Zion.” These Jews did not merely want to return to the land of Israel to build fields and buildings. They wanted more. They wanted to restore G-d’s presence in the land by creating a state that would spread the name of G-d throughout the world.

In the current ‘Jewish’ state, there is complete democratic freedom for all sorts of crazy ideas, except for Judaism alone which is declared illegal. In Israel today, the Torah’s solution to security problems is racist, the Torah’s views on international relations are incitement, and anyone who supports the Torah’s opinion over the laws of the state is an anarchist. Those who struggle with love for the land of Israel are arrested and their homes are destroyed.

In the State of Israel today we have leaders who do not understand the Torah and no one dares explain to them what a true Jewish state looks like, why the Jewish people to the land of Israel, and what right the Jewish people have to the land. Not only are we victims of this unfortunate situation, but you are too – you, the judge, and the prosecutor. All of us are captives of this reality. Each of us has a G-dly soul that wants to live a Jewish life and we all feel alone in our opposition to the state.

Administrative detention orders were issued against me and other Jews not because of a concern for the good of the public as you [the government] have claimed. It is actually you who place no value on Jewish blood and thereby harm the public. You released terrorist murderers and removed checkpoints, both of which have placed many Jews in danger. One could hardly accuse you of caring for other Jews.

We all know that the incident in Duma is merely being used as an excuse for dictatorial actions by a supposed democratic government. Fortunately for you, the public is so accustomed to your lies that they don’t bother refuting them.

Not for nothing did you gather all of the media to inform them before carrying out the orders. In truth the administrative detention orders are not meant to silence me, but to silence yourselves, to silence the Jewish voice emanating from your heart.

Your hysterical actions and discrimination against Jews in enforcing the law, your shocking neglect for the values of democracy when dealing with Jews who love the land of Israel, appears strange to many people. However it is not strange to anyone who recognizes that these actions are done in order to silence your inner, yearning Jewish voice. This is part of your general schizophrenia. It is obvious that these actions will backfire and have the opposite result. You will not manage to silence the voice inside you, any more than you could expel your Jewish soul from your body. In the end, even you will repent for your actions and your Jewish soul will take over to help bring the redemption.
