Alex Pietrowski, Waking Times | One of the world’s leading pediatric neuroscientists, Dr. Bruce D. Perry, M.D., Ph.D, recently stated publicly that Attention Deficit/Hyper-Activity Disorder (ADD/ADHD) is not ‘a real disease,’ and warned of the dangers of giving psycho-stimulant medications to children. I know that this statement and email will tick some of you ADD/ADHD parents off. But, really it should bring you hope. Hope that there is another way; hope that your child can be a normal, cooperative and happy child.
I realize that creating cooperation, harmony and peace with kids diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and even ODD is a fantasy for most parents. I remember the days when my home was absolute chaos! I was beginning to buy into societies idea of ADHD. When I discovered Thomas’ methods, my whole world transformed including my kids! All ADHD labels have been removed!
I promise you that there is another way to live with your kids. There is a way that will empower them to their greatness and you to sheer peace and happiness! I’ve watched it, lived it and love it! You will too.
