What Everybody Should Know About How to Motivate Youth
Hatfield Elementary PTA president Anita Gingras announced today that the PTA will host "Motivating Students to Choose Success" on Thursday, October 23rd, 6:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m. at the Hatfield Elementary School cafeteria. Admission is free; however, there will be a raffle, a student art exhibit and sale, and door prizes. Proceeds will be used to fund PTA initiatives for Hatfield Elementary School.
The event will feature Nationally Recognized Speaker, Susan Fitzell, M. Ed, CSP, also known as The Homework Guru. Susan is a dynamic, presenter, author of over 10 books for teachers and parents, and an educational consultant. A mother, teacher, and martial artist, Susan has over two decades of experience identifying and meeting the needs of youth, especially those with special needs.
Attendees will learn how to: Foster motivation at school and at home, Motivate the unmotivated, empower youth to reach their goals, make homework and studying fun, as well as identify and teach body language that exudes confidence
