July 7, 2014 - The Seventh National Medicare Supplement Insurance Summit is being organized by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.

"This is the only national conference exclusively focused on Medigap insurance products," explains Jesse Slome, executive director of the conference and the national insurance trade group.   "For the first time we plan to stream sessions live online that will deal with the marketing and sale of Medicare Supplement insurance products."

Slome noted that a virtual conference broadcast will reach thousands of insurance agents and financial professionals who would never attend the actual event.   "Agents like the fact they can view live streaming video of the speakers and their presentations on any computer or tablet with Internet access.  The ability to do this for free is really an unbeatable package."

The Association will seek four sponsors to underwrite the cost of the live streaming.  "This is a most affordable way to recruit new agents, launch a new product or talk about a competitive advantage," Slome adds.

A new 60-second video promoting the virtual insurance conferences concept has been produced by Virtual Insurance Conferences & Expos.  The Los Angeles-based company specializes in broadcasting sessions from national insurance events.
