FreePrintableGroceryList.com now has 22 new printable grocery lists, many of which feature recommended foods for those on specific diets or who suffer from health problems.
While the site has many basic, blank shopping lists and meal planners, the specialty grocery lists continue to especially popular, according to Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "These specialty grocery lists target different lifestyles, allergies and illnesses," he said.
Most of the new additions are specialty grocery lists for unique diets and medical situations. They all list recommended foods as well as foods to avoid or limit. Some examples are targeted at women who are trying to get pregnant, are expecting, or are breastfeeding. (None of these lists should substitute for the advice of a medical or dietary professional). There are also templates for people suffering from gout, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and egg allergies. More lighthearted recommendations are grocery lists for throwing a sushi party, baking different kinds of cakes, making a fruit or green smoothie, and shopping for a new pet.
Finally, there are a few helpful newprintable menu planners for cost effective shopping and eating. These include shopping for one person, a cost per serving worksheet, and a shopping list divided up by colorful icons.
