Savetz Publishing has two helpful new sites to help people organize their calendars and schedules. DaysFromToday.com and XDaysAgo.com both have calculators that allow users to quickly discover future dates or any date in the past.
"It can be a pain to pull out a calendar and count forward or backward from a date to see when a deadline is or to figure out when something happened years ago," said Kevin Savetz, the sites' creator. "These sites can calculate that in an instant."
DaysFromToday.com allows users to look ahead to upcoming deadlines, expiration dates, and events, while XDaysAgo.com can quickly reveal previous start dates, assignments, and holidays. Shortcut buttons show the date 30, 60, 90, and 120 days forward or backward from today's date, but any number of days can be typed into the search bar. Results for past and future dates also show which major holidays will occur between the search date and today's date, and each holiday is linked to a fun, printable holiday template from FreePrintable.net.
Additionally, each site provides filters that are especially useful for business purposes. One option removes weekends from the equation, so that the result shows only how many business days have passed. Removing U.S. federal holidays is also an option.
"These sites are especially useful for tracking estimated dates for shipping, transfers, bills, and deadlines, but they're also fun to play with." Savetz said. "You can see how long since you've started a new project, or figure out how many days you have left to pay a bill. It's helpful in all sorts of ways."
DaysFromToday.com and XDaysAgo.com are part of Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
