For FreePrintable.net users who would like to enjoy the templates in open source formats can enjoy the new OpenOffice printables and LibreOffice templates at OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net, respectively.
"Most of the FreePrintable.net printables are formatted for use in Microsoft Word, or other DOC-compatible word processing programs," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "But I don't want to leave other computer users out of the fun, which is where these two sites come in."
The new printables vary widely in subject, but there are quite a few personal templates, including certificates for achievements, health records for TB patients and vaccinated pets, time cards, petty cash vouchers, and product flyers for putting up around town.
There are also a number of printable planners that range from a cute five-day planner, a master grocery list, a new home inventory, and a weight loss tracker.
There are 236 ODT printables and open-source templates at both LibreOfficeTemplates.net and OpenOfficeTemplates.com. Each is free to download and print as an editable ODT file.
There are more than 90 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
