The Martin Group, which acquired Travers Collins last year, has now picked up AMDG Public Affairs in its Buffalo home market. The deal becomes effective May 1.
AMDG principal Matt Davison will become managing partner of Martin Davison PR. Senior VP Dick Shaner and PR manager Oliver Hays will concentrate on strategic counsel, staffing and client service at the new Martin wing.
Peace Bridge Authority, Ted's Hot Dogs, Canadian/American Border Trade Alliance and 43North-South Business Idea Competition are among AMDG's clients.
