Lynda McDermott is President of EquiPro International, Ltd., a best-selling author, and an expert on leadership, team-performance, organizational development, and culture change. Her experience includes over 30 years of international management and consulting in team development and leadership research, which has led to her speaking and consulting in over 25 countries. Lynda started her career in line management for AT&T, and then later joined the management consulting firms of Ernst & Young and KPMG. Since establishing her own firm, headquartered in New York City, in 1987, she has provided speaking and consulting services in leadership and team development, culture change, business development, and creating high performance organizations in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, media and professional services firms. Her clients include Pfizer Inc., Hearst Magazines, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Colgate Palmolive, Health Plus, Proctor & Gamble, John Wiley & Sons, and Time Warner.

Lynda has been on the adjunct faculty for the New School for Social Research and for INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France. She has co-authored a book "World-Class Teams" (© John Wiley). Her previous book titled "Caught In The Middle: How To Survive and Thrive In Today's Management Squeeze" (©Prentice-Hall) was an award-winning bestseller. She also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and is a member of the National Speakers Association.
