Justice On Trial formed in April of 2002, is a defense-of-innocence advocacy organization whose motto is "Sunshine is the Best Disinfectant" The company's website, www.JusticeOnTrial.org, its affiliation with mainstream media and a planned television series are devoted to assist in accomplishing:

A) Review of cases for prosecutorial and/or law enforcement improprieties,
B) Dramatic presentation of cases to national broadcast audiences,
C) Publicize cases nationally and locally in other media,
D) Assist in the defense of those wrongly accused/imprisoned,
E) Collect leads/clues on selected cases and investigate where applicable,
F) Reduce the number of innocent people in, or going to, jail/prison,
G) Reduce crime through public education about the justice system, Lobby for reason and national equity in sentencing,
H) Help create more humane conditions & rehabilitation for all prisoners,
I) Establish acceptable standards for those incarcerated but not convicted,
J) Offer suggestions as to how to improve or help repair the system.
