Justice On Trial, a Nevada Non-Profit corporation, formed in April of 2002, is a "Defense-of-Innocence" advocacy organization whose axioms are "Organized Opposition to the Declaration of Guilt" and "Sunshine is the Best Disinfectant" Some of Justice On Trial's goals are: 1) Review for prosecutorial or law enforcement improprieties; 2) Presentation to national broadcast & print audiences; 3) Publicize cases locally and in other media; 4) Assist in the defense of those wrongly accused: 5) Help with fund raising for defense; 6) Public education on the American justice system; 7) Lobby for reason and national equity in sentencing; 8) Reduce the number of innocent people incarcerated; 9) Push for better pre/post rehabilitation programs; 10) Standards for those incarcerated but not convicted;
