Bob Taraschi is the president of Milestone Ideas, a Boston-based facilitation company founded in 1980, and principle of the Newlin-Taraschi Partnership, a strategic consultancy located in New York and Boston. Bob is internationally recognized, award winning author, veteran performer and business facilitator. He facilitates more than 100 business creativity and growth sessions every year. He has brought fresh approaches to business and marketing problems for AstraZeneca, Honeywell, Hershey Chocolate, Chruch&Dwight, Discovery, Diego plc. Novartis, Gillette, AT&T, General Mills, Unisys, Kraft Foods, SCA Personal Care, G.E. Capital, Dole, Ciba Vision, The American Red Cross and others.
Bob has won a Gold Medal for his PBS-series Days of the Eagle from the Pan American Film Festival, the One Show, Andy, Clio and Hatch, and he has written for SNL. He is a Member of the International Organization for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, A.K. Rice Institute, and he is a board-certified New Products Development Professional from Product Development and Marketing Association. Bob is also a Board Member of the A.K. Rice Institute for the study of groups and organizations in the Tavistock tradition. His bi-monthly column Milestone Ideas appears internationally.
