Bob Taraschi is the president of Milestone Ideas, a Washington DC-based facilitation company founded in 1980. Bob is internationally recognized, award winning author, fine artist, veteran strategic facilitator. He has facilitated thousands of brainstorming, ideation sessions and strategic planning projects. He has brought fresh approaches to strategic business and marketing problems for P&G, Newman's Own, Big Heart Pet Foods, Hershey Chocolate, Chruch&Dwight, Discovery Communications, General Mills, Unisys, Kraft Foods, The American Red Cross and others.
Bob has won a Gold Medal for his PBS-series Days of the Eagle from the Pan American Film Festival, the One Show, Andy, Clio and Hatch, and he has written for SNL. He is a Member of the International Organization for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, A.K. Rice Institute, and he is a board-certified New Products Development Professional from Product Development and Marketing Association. Bob is also a Board Member of the A.K. Rice Institute for the study of groups and organizations in the Tavistock tradition.
He is a narrative portrait artist and the Artist in Residence at the Reines/Totenberg Foundation. His portraiture can be found in many international galleries and private collections.
