Mr. Perone has on numerous occasions assumed responsibility for multi-million dollar international projects. He is the Executive Director of the Project and Program Management business unit at Management Concepts. Mr. Perone overseas all operations of the business unit. Core products and services of the company include training courseware, competency and maturity assessments, application services and coaching. His additional responsibilities included the project management of large international change and improvement programs particularly in the high technology and manufacturing sectors. He has developed unique assessments to measure project plan quality and defect levels integrated into Six Sigma statistical process control frameworks. Mr. Perone provided global proposal and technical solution design, which formed the basis of improvement programs.
