Sylva (Syl) Leduc has been a change agent in the lives of thousands of people for nearly two decades. She was coaching executives to achieve success long before coaching was popularized.

Known as "The Leadership Strategist" Sylva partners with executives and senior managers to hone their leadership skills.

Incorporating a unique blend of Consultative Coaching, for the past 18 years Syl has worked with clients and organizations, including executives, leaders, and teams. She has consulted and coached in small businesses, non-profits, large organizations, and Fortune 100 companies. Her strength? Increasing clients? effectiveness and success by fine-tuning their leadership skills.

Sylva is a speaker, writer and published author. Her first book, co-authored with Dr. Nancy Johnson, is called, Women's Work: Choice, Chance or Socialization? In their research of the career development of women, they discovered that studying math and science really does make a difference.

In her newest book, Roadmap to Success with Ken Blanchard and Stephen Covey, Sylva addressed what it takes to create a sustainable Leadership Roadmap.

Hailing from Canada, Syl now lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since her home is at the edge of the Sonoran Desert, she has occasional visits from bobcats, coyotes and havelinas. Unfortunately, scorpions show up more frequently.
