The son of two University Professors who taught English, speech, drama and coached national champion debate teams, Brian  earned a Master's in Advertising/Communications from Michigan State University, an advanced degree from the Command and General Staff College and a commission from the Infantry Officer Candidate School at Ft. Benning, Georgia.  

He instructed Special Forces Colonels and Majors during classes in psychological operations and persuasive communications at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center at Ft. Bragg, NC 

He Was Section Chief of the 4th Psychological Operations Group in Vietnam 

He has been an Accountant Executive for Advertising Agencies 

Director of Development for an International Non-profit 

A Candidate for Congress, a political campaign consultant and a successful campaign manager 

He has taught courses in Public Speaking, Business Communications and Persuasion at the University level, including to corporate executives 

He has introduced over 70 Members of Congress and Presidential appointees at program rallies nationwide
