Highly respected as a collaborative business builder, strong leader, dynamic speaker and creative solutions provider, Kathleen has a consistent record of delivering double-digit revenue and profit growth increases.

A student of lifetime learning, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Western Illinois University with subsequent professional development in Strategic Coach®, the Executive Leadership Development Programs of Abbott Laboratories and Cardinal Health and the Leadership Coachella Valley program.

She served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the La Quinta California Chamber of Commerce for 7+ years where she wrote a monthly column for the GEM community and member publication. With a passion for giving back, Kathleen has served on the American Heart Association and Arthritis Foundation - Coachella Valley Division's Advisory Boards. She has been a judge for the Desert Sands Unified School District's Goldfish Bowl, a competition for STEM funding and for CVEP's (Coachella Valley Economic Partnership) Fast-Pitch, a funding competition for start-ups. She is also a member of ProVisors, a nationwide network of business advisors.

Kathleen is a native of Chicago and lives in the Coachella Valley of Southern California. Her passion is international travel – she has visited 6 continents - and the cultures that make our world rich.
